9. Everything was fine, nobody to be scared
Fears, worries and anxiety will only come if anyone imagine
things that are not pleasant in the past or in the future. When we allow
ourselves to think only this time alone, then we will realize that everything
fine and nothing to fear.
Fear is useful to remind ourselves as part of a survival instinct. But
when combined with the human ability to imagine the past and
future, it just creates problems such as stress, anxiety & anxiety.
Stop reading for a moment. Focus your attention on your breath and allow yourself
to observe thoughts and feelings that flow through your consciousness.
Remember, these thoughts and feelings you are NOT, they only process
arising within yourself. Any sensations that arise about the future or the past
ABOUT mind you are feeling, instead of your current reality.
